FM Medical Primary & Urgent Care sends informational text messages related to your care, such as appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, and callback coordination. Messages are sent only to patients who have provided their mobile number and consented to receive text messages from our practice.
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in (in person, on our intake forms, or through this website), you consent to receive text messages from FM Medical at that number. Consent is not a condition of receiving care.
Message frequency varies based on your appointments and communications with our office — typically one reminder per upcoming appointment.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. FM Medical does not charge for text messages.
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts from us unless you opt back in (for example, by replying START).
